Florida Connected is a conference dedicated to empowering Florida educators with tools to create global citizens in their classrooms. The world is quickly changing and as we move forward in the 21st century it is imperative that our students are prepared to enter into a fast-paced globally integrated society.
The conference grew out of a 2014 partnership between P4H Global (then Projects for Haiti), a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and the University of Florida’s Center for Latin American Studies. Since then, the conference has grown to include dynamic perspectives and inspirational speakers. We are excited to continue this journey of raising global awareness in Florida classrooms.
